Transition Support Pathway
A secondary provision for pupils who are not able to access the Main Site or the Assessment Provision due to their vulnerabilities or exceptional and individual circumstances, which focusses on educational engagement, resilience and reintegration.

Mary Astell Academy Main Site
An educational setting for: pupils aged 11-16 who have two permanent exclusions, all Year 11 pupils with at least one permanent exclusion, and pupils identified as needing long term support to enable them to re-integrate into mainstream or other educational provisions.
A primary assessment provision where pupils work in a small nurture group with trained staff. They may return to their home school or an alternative provision following assessment.
Prosper Community Outreach
Specialist teachers work in community settings, supporting pupils in a transition back to an educational setting appropriate to the individual learner.
