First Aid

First Aid is a skill we all need to have knowledge of in schools, an injury can happen in seconds. Staff at Mary Astell Academy have been trained by First Aid Instructor Dave Hancock who has teamed up with one of the top First Aid awarding bodies QNUK to deliver the Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.

Two of the trainees were mother and daughter Corrie Wilkins and Lara Barnes who volunteered to do the course and completed it successfully. Well done!
