This week, pupils enjoyed a fantastic visit to the National Trust property, Gibside, where they explored the beautiful grounds despite the rainy and blustery weather.

The visit provided a wonderful opportunity for pupils to experience nature, take in the stunning scenery, and discover the history of this impressive estate. One of the day's highlights was seeing the breathtaking carpets of snowdrops spread across the landscape, marking the early signs of spring and adding a touch of beauty to the grey day.

Pupils also enjoyed playing on the outdoor activity equipment, making the most of the fresh air and open space. Their energy and enthusiasm shone through as they tackled the play challenges and laughed with friends. To warm up after exploring the grounds, everyone headed to the café, where hot chocolate and various tasty treats provided a much-needed boost.

Throughout the visit, pupils were excellent ambassadors for MAA, demonstrating outstanding behaviour, respect, and positivity. Their attitude and conduct were a credit to the school, and staff were proud of how well they represented MAA during the trip.
